1. About the Emotion Code
The Emotion Code is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique developed to identify and release trapped emotional energy from past experiences. It involves using muscle testing to locate trapped emotions and then releasing them energetically. Sessions are conducted over the phone or in person and do not require the sharing of personal details. The process is designed to be relaxing and can lead to emotional, mental, or physical shifts.

2. Service Limitations
I, Marilyn Meck, am not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or other healthcare professional. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical or psychological treatment. My services are offered as complementary support and not a substitute for professional healthcare.

3. Seeking Medical or Mental Health Care
If you are experiencing a medical or psychological condition, or believe you may be, please consult a licensed physician, therapist, or other appropriate healthcare provider. My services are not intended to replace necessary medical or mental health care.

4. Following Professional Advice
You should always follow the advice of your licensed medical or mental health provider. I cannot be held responsible for any decisions you make to disregard or alter that advice.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to me. I will keep all client information confidential and will only share your information with your written consent.

6. Privacy Limitations
There are limited circumstances under which I may be legally required to disclose information without your consent. These include, but are not limited to: suspected abuse of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult; credible threats of harm to self or others; or if I am otherwise required by law. In such cases, I will inform you of the disclosure unless I am legally instructed not to.

7. Personal Responsibility
By participating in an energy healing session, you agree to take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional health. You understand that all healing is self-healing, and any decisions you make following a session are your own.

8. Understanding the Risks
Some clients may experience temporary emotional discomfort, fatigue, or the surfacing of unresolved emotions during or after a session. This is a natural part of the processing and integration of healing and usually resolves within 1–3 days.

9. Liability Waiver
You hereby waive and release Marilyn Meck from any and all claims or liabilities for any harm or perceived harm that may result from your participation in energy healing sessions.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marilyn Meck against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities brought by third parties that arise from your participation in these services.
